Godrej Properties is planning to invest Rs 100 crore for super luxury residential project in Alipur area, Kolkata - one of the best performing market for the company. The company has already started handing over process of the first phase of its project Prakriti in the city.
Apart from Godrej Prakriti, comprising total saleable area of 31 lakh sq.ft, Godrej Properties also has two more ongoing projects here.
While Godrej Waterside has a saleable area of 31 lakh sq.ft, Godrej Genesis has 13 lakh sq.ft of saleable area.
The new project Godrej Platinum will come up at the Alipur area of Kolkata and have saleable area of about 1,70,000 sq.ft.. About Rs.100 crore investment would be required in the new project.

Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation unveiled Tower II at Krishnagar Sentrum on National Highway - 34.
