The developer has also roped in leading names like UHA-London, Indian architect, DFI and structural consultant, Halvorson & Partners, to execute the project. This comes close on the heels of the company’s first project — Michael Schumacher World Tower — also in Gurgaon.

The 42-storeyed tower project features a ‘tri-form’ plan with balconies aimed to provide a panoramic view and natural light.

The project will offer 120 residences in sizes varying between 2,500 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft and in three, four or five BHK formats. The company, however, is unwilling to reveal the prices at this juncture.

There will also be a tennis academy, naturally, and a racquet club built with a retractable roof allowing both open air play and indoor tennis during monsoons.


There will also be a clubhouse comprising a lounge, gym and spa with juice bar, pro-zone and trainers’ area. In addition, there will be an amphitheatre with a floating stage that allows for open air concerts and events.

Godrej Properties inks joint venture with Oasis Buildhome to build premium housing project in Sector 88A / 89A, Gurgaon

Real estate firm Godrej Properties has entered into an agreement with Oasis Buildhome, which owns nearly 13.76 acre of land in Gurgaon, to develop a premium housing project.

This would be the fourth project of Godrej Properties, which is part of realty arm of Godrej Group, in the national capital region (NCR).

Godrej Properties has entered into a development agreement with Oasis Buildhome Pvt Ltd to develop a 13.76 acre property situated on Northern Periphery Road (NPR) in Sector 88A/89A, Gurgaon.

The project would be developed as a premium residential group housing project and is expected to offer 1.2 million sq ft of saleable area.

Godrej Properties is currently developing two residential projects in Gurgaon - Godrej Frontier and Godrej Summit, and has recently added a new project in Okhla in the national capital where it plans to undertake a premium housing project. 

As with most Godrej Properties projects, this project is being done as a joint venture.

NCR is an important growth market for Godej Properties and this is the second new project it has entered in NCR in FY14.

The project fits well with the company's strategy of growing its presence in India's leading real estate markets.


Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 87.6 million square feet in 12 cities.

Three new cities Bhiwani, Mahendragarh and Bharatpur included in National Capital Region (NCR)

The National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB) on Monday approved inclusion of two district of Haryana, Bhiwani and Mahendragarh, and one of Rajasthan, Bharatpur, in NCR.

Inclusion of these districts in NCR means more fund for development of infrastructure such as roads, public transport, sewer, health facilities, education and rapid connectivity with the national capital.

The NCR till now included nine districts of Haryana, five of Uttar Pradesh, Alwar in Rajasthan and the National Capital Territory (NCT).

Based on the request of the participating states, the board today approved the inclusion of Bharatpur in Rajasthan, Bhiwani and Mahendragarh in Haryana in the NCR. The planning committee will also meet up shortly to take up Jind and Karnal.The NCRPB will also meet up shortly to take up proposal to include Jind and Karnal into NCR..

To lessen the burden on Delhi, there is need to develop selected urban settlements with urban infrastructural facilities such as transport, power, communication, drinking water, sewerage, drainage, etc. comparable with NCT-Delhi. To promote sustainable development in the region to improve quality of life, these three new districts are included in the NCR.

He also said that the NCRPB approved the Rajasthan government’s request for identification of Jaipur as Counter-Magnet Area. Counter-Magnet areas act as interceptors of migratory flows into NCR due the accelerated development and also as regional growth centres, that would be able to achieve a balanced pattern of urbanization.

The Board also approved the Sub-Regional plan for UP sub-region.
