Shriram launches Shankari Sanjeevani 1 and 2 BHK residential units for senior citizens near Guduvanchery off GST Road in Chennai by Shriram Properties

Shriram Properties, the real estate arm of the Rs 50,000 crore Shriram group, has announced the launch of Shankari Sanjeevani, an exclusively designed complex addressing the residential, social and healthcare needs of senior citizens. 

Located on the ongoing Shriram Shankari project near Guduvanchery, off GST Road, Sanjeevani is offering 1/2 BHK residential units for senior citizens. The project will comprise 134 residential units spread across four blocks with all common amenities in one block. The company has joined hands with Age Ventures India (AVI) for the project.
