Panchshil Trump Towers' Kalyani Nagar, Pune show flats to be ready by October 2013
The show apartments of the 22-storeyed twin "Trump Towers" at Kalyani Nagar in Pune will be ready by October 2013. It is a joint venture project between celebrated American realty tycoon Donald Trump and city-based Panchshil Realty. Trump and Panchshil Realty had inked the deal in 2012 to construct the twin towers which will house 44 single floor condominiums. According to Managing Director Atul Chordia, the project will be completed on time and all benchmarks about global standards of construction would be met. The cutting edge design will set a new benchmark for upmarket living. Architect Rainy Goswami and Italian designer Mateo Nunsatti have been roped in for the project which is expected to be completed in 2015.
