Gera Developments to venture in Bangalore real estate market with residential project in Whitefield area, Bangalore
Pune-based Gera Developments will have their footprints outside western India for the first time next year, with the development of a residential property in Bangalore.
For the first time the group, with more than 40 years of experience in real estate development, would be venturing in South India through its Bangalore property.
It took 33 years for Gera to come to Goa, and six years later they are looking at Bangalore.
The Bangalore project, coming up in Whitefield area, is a 2,000 flats property and is expected to launch around February - March next year.
