vardhman Group, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has launched a project called Vardhman Flora, a luxury housing complex at Byculla in south Mumbai.
The price of the project starts from Rs 2 crore for a two BHK apartment and Rs 2.5 crore for a three BHK unit. Vardhman Flora, will comprise only two flats per floor. With choices of 1,100 sq ft two BHK and 1,500 sq ft three BHK, the apartments will have cross ventilation from all sides.
Column free spaces add to the size of the apartments which feature full length windows with high ceilings. The interiors comprise immaculate finishing, wall paints, concealed wiring or window frames that add to the impeccable interiors, the company said in a statement.
Spread over more than 250,000 sq ft, Vardhman Flora is a redevelopment project, likely to be completed by 2016.
The project will shift the tenants in the transit accommodation provided by Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority in the same area opposite the project, in the newly constructed building of the mill land.
The project is centrally located, close to local stations like Byculla, Cotton Green, Reay Road and Chinchpokli. Also within close proximity are hospitals like Prince Ali Khan and JJ Hospital as well as reputed schools. In the vicinity, there will be five-star hotels like ITC Grand Central, shopping malls and theatres. The central business district of Lower Parel with corporate parks is also within quick access, besides the upcoming monorail.
